Cari Swan
Business Development Manager

Cari brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and business administration to Wallcon, Inc.  While her primary focus is new business development, she is committed to ensuring that every Wallcon project is a success.  Cari works closely with our clients and the project engineering staff.  She is a high energy marketing professional dedicated to the Wallcon vision of excellence.

Kaz Mulcahy
Senior Superintendent

Kaz is responsible for on-site supervision and field project management. He began his construction career in England and traveled worldwide before settling in Southern California as a commercial construction professional. Kaz brings exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to the Wallcon vision of excellence. He holds an Associates Degree from Bedford College, Bedford, England. .

Marc Aranda
Superintendent

Marc is responsible for on-site supervision and project management.  He has outstanding communications skills and extensive experience in the construction industry working with subcontractors, clients and city officials.

He holds a Bachelors degree from San Diego State University as well as Construction Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills.

Melissa Shelton
Project Engineer

Melissa brings several years of experience in commercial construction to the Wallcon team. She is a detail-oriented project engineer and is responsible for estimating and project administration. Her ability to coordinate multiple projects along with her knowledge of the construction process makes her invaluable to the Wallcon vision of excellence.

Julayne Moore
Office Manager/Accounting

Julayne is responsible for project accounting and office administration. She has worked in the construction industry and related industries for over 20 years. Julayne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
